Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data on this website is WEBECLIPSE OÜ, registry code 17030761, US-East Engineering Center / Remote. Questions about your data: info@xiaidev.com.

What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company or website, the type of work you need and your message.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type and, if you leave them, your name and contact details.
• Technical data: the hosting server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, time of the request) to keep the site secure.

Please do not send sensitive data (health, financial details, passwords) through the form or the chat.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
• To carry out the contract if we start working together (article 6(1)(b)) and to meet accounting obligations (article 6(1)(c)).
• To keep the website and the chat secure and working (our legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f)).

We do not send newsletters without your separate consent and we do not sell or rent your data.

Chat assistant

The chat answers are generated by an AI model provided by OpenAI. The messages you type are sent to OpenAI to produce the answer. OpenAI processes them as our service provider and does not use API data to train its models. If you prefer not to use the chat, write to us by email or through the form.

Who else receives the data

Only service providers we need to run the website and answer you: the hosting provider, the email service and the AI provider for the chat. They process data on our instructions. Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted within 12 months. Data related to a contract is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards as long as accounting law requires. Server logs are rotated automatically.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering the selected language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is shown.

Your rights

• to see what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• to have incorrect data corrected;
• to have your data deleted or its use restricted;
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• to receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Write to info@xiaidev.com and we will reply within one month. You may also file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
